At Cou Cou, we want you to feel confident in your intimates. If your purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
